Declaration of Youth Affairs Deputy Ministry

KABUL: Youth Affairs Deputy Ministry for Information and Culture, MoPH, social society and international community would like to hold an art competition in order to encourage Afghan youth to share their positive views with them related to psychiatric issues.
The competition aims at encouraging the public related to psychiatric and services needed for psychiatric of youth in Afghanistan.
Those aged 15-30 years and would like to share their art works as designing or drawing, short movie, photographs, poem or short novel at least 1500 words with us related to positive health impact and views on psychiatric issues happened in their life or a young’s life can send and share their art works through the following email address not later than 25th July, 2014:
IYDAFGHANISTAN@GMAIL.COM, karimiq@yahoo.com or submit their works to directorate of cultural programs for Youth Affairs Deputy Minister to Kabul or to department of youth of directorate for information and culture in their provinces.
In case of winning the competition, they will win art competition award of MoIC 2014 Youth International Day.
The winners will be invited to Kabul to present their art works in a ceremony to be held on 12 August, 2014.
All expenses of their travel allowance will be provided by organizers of the competition.
