KABUL: Citing a statement of Ministry of Interior, BNA reported those who wanted to stage demonstration should inform security bodies 24 hours before staging rally.
The statement, also said that people vastly participated in both the April 5 and June 14 elections which demonstrate the people’s will towards strengthening democracy and rejecting violence and terrorism in the country.
Therefore, the security forces especially police in harmony had ensured security during the elections and thus paved the way for high turnout and foiling domestic and foreign conspiracies to disrupt elections.
Enjoying high capacity building demonstrated during elections, the police are able to safeguard the life and property of the people.
The security forces especially police with respecting impartiality during both rounds of the elections had played significant role in providing security to the citizens to cast their votes and checking fraud which enhanced police credibility among the people.
