Our forces massacred many innocent people in Afghanistan: British military officer

KABUL: The British newspaper Daily Mail quoted a British senior military officer Brigadier Richard Streat Field as saying that the British forces had massacred many innocent people in Afghanistan just to get experience in new tactic. In a book authored by Brigadier Richard, the British forces had massacred many innocent Afghans while they needed protection. These troops between 2006 and 2009 served in Helmand had the authority to shot at any one who were armed and got closer to the British forces bases. The said British military officer in his book also added that the troopers had acted upon the orders of their commanders which in turn created hatred against the troops and forced the people to support Taliban.
