Civil society activists ask govt officials to adopt clear stance against armed oppositions

KABUL: A number of civil society activists, correspondents and Kabul residents on Wednesday in a rally asked government officials to adopt clear stance against armed oppositions and support security organs and martyred families. A large number of civil society activists, correspondents and residents of Kabul in a gathering held in Shahr-e-Naw Park while condemning killing of 21 ANA soldiers in Ghaziabad district of Kunar province asked government officials to adopt particular stance against armed oppositions, peace talks with Taliban and calling Taliban as brothers and respond the people in this regard. The protestors also asked Afghanistan government for cooperation with martyred families in particular themartyred families of Ghaziabad incident and adopting particular planning for equipment of Afghan armed forces.
